I believe what we're seeing on the ground. Fighting is escalating, both separatist republics have issued general mobilizations and banned men 18-55 from leaving, civilians are being evacuated which was never done even during the height of the war, and Russia still massing more forces on the border.

I'm not sure why this is so difficult. Why is it our job to deal in any way with Europe's neighbors?

We end up heavily subsidizing their defense, at American taxpayer expense, while they get to enjoy the numerous fruits of peace while endlessly complaining about America.

Germany can defend Ukraine. So can France. They can align with Turkey. Russia and Ukraine are not our problem. Period.

Great, what are you sanctioning? Minerals, oil imports? How do you plan to counter the economic impact on the US? You're still volunteering everyone to an effort that is better dealt with by Europe.

It's almost like people have learned nothing from our progressively destructive foreign policy since WW2.
