War in Ukraine

Russians need to die.

/end
I really don't know how Russia comes back from this on the world. I get that you can have a POS leader, and POS soldiers in your army. But what I don't get is the high level of domestic support for this stupid war. I guess when something like Fox News is your only source of news you get incredible buy-in from the people, even if what the population is being told is demonstrably false.

Hmmm.... sure looking like Russian forces have culminated.

The official end of the pause was announced by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on July 16. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and... Russia ain't done sh*t.

Rumor is Russia is moving troops from Donbas to Kherson to prevent UKR from taking it.

I'm thinking....

Ukraine drives a counteroffensive wedge to the SE to the coast towards Berdiansk. This cuts off Russian troops in Kherson from supplies from the East. Then, eeehhhhh, shockingly... UKR uses ATACMS from that position to take out the Kerch Bridge. Yeah... we're gonna give them these.

Voila.

Every Russian troop West of Berdiansk is cut off.

We're talking 20 battalions+ surrendering or die.

I wonder how the tarded-trio and their handlers see this storm that's about to sweep through Kherson. They haven't said much about it and may not even know it's brewing.

Dmitry Medvedev Telegram post: Before and After

LMAO 🤡

Here is the translation of the clown tweet

In the brain of the President of Ukraine, affected by psychotropic substances, the following picture of the bright future of his country appeared (Fig. 1).
Western analysts believe that this will actually happen (Fig. 2).

This is my kiss of death finishing move. You're struggling in this thread.

Blinken to speak to Russia's Lavrov for first time since Ukraine invasion
  • Between the lines: Such trips help Moscow make the case that it is not as isolated internationally as Washington claims — as, arguably, does the call with Blinken, who had previously refused to speak with Lavrov for five months.

If Germany could come back, Russia can. But it’s not guaranteed.

Germany came back because the German people would work (now not so much) and we financed the recovery. Russians are lazy POS and (hopefully) we won’t finance their recovery.

What recovery? Their economy still appears to be doing well. I recently was on a call with a mining company. More Palladium is mined in Russia than anywhere in the world.

The world is going into a recession if not a depression and Russia will not fair well.

North of 14% inflation and their own central bank projecting double digit contraction in 2022. Even projecting to be still contracting in 2023. And by 2024 who is this gas station selling to?

Ukraine is Losing the War, and So is Europe
The world is going into a recession if not a depression and Russia will not fair well.
Russia has all their energy needs met, they have a real economy and they are trading partners with China, and they have very little external debt. They will be fine. Meanwhile, the UK and US intelligence agencies are the ones pumping this propaganda and gave bad guidance to The Western nations to impose these ridiculous sanctions.

Ukraine is Losing the War, and So is Europe

Clearly, the European leadership has been unable to foresee the true economic consequences in Europe and beyond of the economic war unleashed against Russia. One explanation for the boldness and self-confidence surrounding the European standing against Russia at the beginning of the war was a strong belief that the combination of anti-Russian sanctions and military support to Ukraine would cause a significant weakening of Russia’s political, social and military standing leading to its defeat. This explains for instance bold statements that the war would only be solved in the field as it was confidently said by the EU’s foreign affairs representative back in March.

It can be argued that the wrong assessment on the war outcome has its roots in faulty US-British intelligence which forecasted Russia’s defeat through economic warfare and, therefore, a limited impact of sanctions on Europe. This not being the case has now made European leadership to scramble for solutions.

It's coming... Looks like Poland isn't just making a move for Lviv. Looks like they are possibly just going to try to gobble up whats left after Russia gets the east and south.

Ukraine, Poland agree on joint customs control to ease movement of people, goods
Poland sliding in more than just the tip right now...

Ukrainian parliament passes law on special status of Polish citizens

Under the bill, citizens of Poland, their spouses and their children will be able to legally stay in Ukraine for 18 months after the adoption of the law, enjoying the same rights and freedoms as Ukrainians.

No empirical evidence? The only potential metric cited throughout the entire article was Europe's plan to substitute energy imports from Russia. The rest was an opinion piece that lacked criteria for what constitutes victory or defeat in one of many domains of this conflict, and in this particular instance referring to the effects of Sanctions. This piece made no mention of the impact of the Russian economy and it current performance. The impact of Russia being cutoff from SWIFT or any of the other sanctions. It just basically said that Ukraine lost as a generalization. Without quantifiable information, I might as well let my 15 year old right this opinion piece.

Modern warfare is a multi-domain fight. Its not just kinetic or attacking a system of systems (Economic or global/regional influence). The measure of victory or defeat is measure across all domains. That's what this article failed to do.
