War in Ukraine

Even if that foreign general was responsible for the propagation of terrorism and the employment of such technology as Explosively Formed Projectiles in a conflict he had nothing to do with? You do know that the IRGC Quds Force is a terrorist organization and they conduct such operations a IED strikes on civilians, Kidnapping, Murder, Rape, Torture, and many other heinous crimes against humanity, right?
Now when and where did all of this occur?

No. I really did not understand what you were saying. I have no problem going back and forth with you. You simply show that you have a disdain for Russia and rely far too much on American/Western media and intelligence.
It's not that I have a disdain for Russia, your lens is so skewed pro-Russia that it appears that I do have disdain for them. I am presenting facts from a multitude of non-state controlled media resources. I ignore the Russian media sources because they are state controlled. Just like I ignore North Korean media sources and many Chinese outlets too. None of the three countries I have mentioned allow for criticism of their government. Reporters in those countries who speak out against their respective regimes end up dead or in jail. I know propaganda when I see it. Heck, our media here in the US is rife with partisan opinions. The facts of what I am stating is that cities were destroyed, civilians were killed, and both sides are struggling with this conflict.

Do you deliberately not pay attention to geopolitics or is having your head in the sand an accident?
I pay attention and am fully aware that the media and our govt push narratives and rely on boogie men to generate support for their war campaigns. That has been this country's problem since December 7th, 1941. Or, to be honest, since the sinking of the Lusitania.

Haaretz is non-state controlled? Or hell the NYT, CNN or BBC?

Don’t bring up the Russian slaughtering of Bucha. Moe really hates it when you point out how the invading Russian bastards raped and pillaged Bucha.

I wont disagree with most of that. I would start the timeline after the bombing of Japan. War hawks from both sides have always jockeyed for us to be involved as the world's policeman.

I think there is a slight difference between state controlled and partisan leaning. Most of the outlets you mention are heavily partisan leaning. State controlled would infer consequences for violating the party line.
You say that as we threaten to throw Julian Assange in a hole for 150+ years if he extradited. Not to mention the amount of information that is memory holed or attacked related to COVID or Hunter Biden. But yet, we can trust them to give us accurate info regarding Ukraine... a country that our current POTUS had financial ties to.

Ah so when scholarly articles are written using peer review sources to corroborate information, you have an issue with it?
At this point, especially after COVID, being peer reviewed doesn't mean anything anymore. Go back and look at the post I made about RAND earlier today.

Do you have an issue with their research methodology or their analysis based on available sources? With places like RAND, you tend to lose creditability if you don't cite empirical evidence to your argument/ analysis.
I’ve dropped Rand on Curly and Moe multiple times. An academic think tank writing well sourced research with detailed bibliographies doesn’t meet their high bar of proof like solid sources of RT, TASS, or ZeroHedge. I’m not actually joking here by the way it’s what they do.
