No, most probably this goes back to the reserve currency of the world i.e. U.S. Dollar. The issue with that is, if the U.S. Dollar is taken out.... its global RESET. Without the reserve currency of the world, the U.S. will actually have to start working for a living. There will be no real ability to fight large scale wars or stop countries financially. The issue now is RESET.

If we look at everything that has been going on and the path the world/US has been going down... I would say massive depopulation/RESET is coming on quick.

None of this is sustainable medium to long term, imo.

There would be no reason to ever have conflicts with the U.S. if the U.S. Dollar is not the reserve currency of the world. The United States will have limited or no real ability to enforce their will on sovereign nations, generally speaking.
