War in Ukraine

Big win for Ukraine, from the frying pan to the fire.

For people trying to escape 1980s USSR communism, they sure are running towards it. :D

The best Kramer scene in Seinfeld was when he was trying to bust the sniffling Accountant snorting coke lol

Meanwhile, on the ground in Ukraine, just like the Kherson offensive fizzled out at the end of last week, looks like the Kharkiv offensive is going to be settled back down over the few weeks or so.

Lemme know the net territorial gains Russia has made since April.

Oh yeah. Since you when do you guys care about Russian oligarchs lol.
ssi
Nobody here GAS about Russian oligarchs. I actually do think it's more than a bit funny that they keep falling off boats, out of windows and drowning in their own kiddie pools.

I don't support regimes that ban political parties and jail the opposition. You do though.
The National Socialists were a political party, smooth brain. Remember them?

And I thought you were wandering off somewhere.

Oh and yes you do. Pootin does exactly what you said you don’t support 🤡

Want to know how bad it is for Russia? They are purchasing arms from North Korea..

From CNN:
Live updates: Russia's war in Ukraine

More evidence that Russia is quickly becoming combat ineffective which will take them years if not decades to recover from. Guess them Soviet tanks and weapons being "unmothballed" wasn't so tactical now was it?

So let's look at this. According to the article you posted, the North Koreans are providing "millions" of shells... that is plural, meaning at minimum two million.
  • Russia is in the process of purchasing millions of rockets and artillery shells from North Korea for use on the battlefield in Ukraine, a US official told CNN.
Let's compare that to what the US has given Ukraine...

Army plans to 'nearly triple' production of artillery shells after US gives nearly 1 million to Ukraine

Since Russia launched its full-scale attack on Ukraine in late February, the U.S. military has provided the Ukrainians with roughly 807,000 shells for 155mm howitzers and another 144,000 artillery shells for 105mm guns, according to the Pentagon. Defense officials have not said publicly how many precision-guided rockets that the U.S. military has provided the Ukrainians for the 16 HIMARS that the United States has also given to Ukraine since February 25.

So if these articles are true, your telling me that communist North Korea can at least double the amount of rounds that the US can deliver to Ukraine?

If they lived in Ukraine for centuries they were Ukrainians and not Russian. My family has been in the "New World" since the early 1700s I'm an American not an Irish/Scotsman even though that's where I can trace my lineage.
Hey genius, they are Russian because those lands were under Russian control for far, far longer than anything called Ukraine even existed. Going back to Catherine the Great, count how many years that land was under Russian control and compare that to the number of years it was under a creation called Ukraine.

Can, or has/will?

We could have 20 million shells and only give a million. North korea could have two million and give them all two million.

And before you go on your next rant about the US having to ramp up production, no crap. We are at peace, havent been using too many shells, thus production was toned back. A bunch go out, reasonably that means we should replace them, assuming we still use them. Thus production will temporarily ramp back up to make up the difference.

Ukraine was one of the United Soviet Socialist Republics, those living there were Ukrainian.
Which was a republic under one country during the time of the USSR. No matter how you slice this. Whether it was before the revolution or afterwards, all of this land has spent the majority of it's time under the control of the Moscow govt in one for or another. But you know this... you just want to play ignorant.
