He thought they did when Russia was going the other way.@Rasputin_Vol hey Moe do all these little towns Russia got ran out of over the last month add up or nah?![]()
What will change? Are those mythical, elite Russian troops that have been playing war games with China and India going to show up? Or maybe the 100,000 North Korean troops are going to finally arrive in theater?Russia is fine. They shook up some leadership and are coming back with more reinforcements. They simply didn't have enough men in the SMO to secure all of these areas. That will change in the next few weeks.
You don't think the war in Afghanistan was maybe a little different than this war? If you think the war is over why is putin trying to conscript anyone and everyone to try and go fight for him? Why is he threatening nukes and the west for supplying weapons? Doesn't sound like someone who thinks he's winning". Of course you could mean the war is essentially over and the only question is how high is the body count for Russia going to be.The Afghans fought and won the 3 day war over 20 years. If large amounts of forces wish to fight, it could go on for some time. The war is more or less over, just a matter of how many die and how much gets destroyed i.e. moot to the rest of the world.

Well according to your side, it's all happening on Russian soil now.
Here you go with the generalizations. Is it "always" or was that just the situation that occurred in WWII under Stalin?
Russian life has been cheap from the Czars right on through Putin. There were a couple of reasonable Russian leaders just prior to Putin, so I suppose you are right "always" doesn't completely fit.
