FSB released another staged video recently of them getting a Ukranian "Terrorist"..

The story they try to tell is that he was carrying a shaped charge and was going to blow something up. The best part of their staged video is the guy who discovers the bomb..after kicking it, shaking it, and generally manhandling it. The sh!t that works in Russia only works in third world countries. Their propaganda is blatantly obvious to anyone with an IQ above 80.

I honestly don't know or understand why anyone keeps trying to engage him with honest debate.

He's clearly incapable of recognizing the reality of the situation and merely parrots nonsensical talking points that shift as often as the wind.

He's a Russian sycophant and will attempt to justify thier actions to the bitter end. Blaming others for pootins decisions is simply a coping mechanism to help him try and rationalize the aggression, despite it being so obvious and absurd to the rational.

However I also see lots of empty seats, people still wearing masks, and white skinned democrats running over as usual trying to silence any protestors or people asking important questions. They can't have their religious leaders getting rattled and going off topic.

What you and others are ignoring is the fact that most people in regions like Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea speak Russian as their primary language. Also people in these regions have more identified themselves as being closer to Russia than Ukraine. Which is why certain political parties win the majority of elections in eastern Ukraine. And was the major reason why Yanukovych was elected president. So when Yanukovych was ousted in an illegal, western backed coup it made prefect sense that many people in Eastern Ukraine didn't want to belong to the fascist Ukrainian regime.

At worst the Maidan shootings were by the west. Yanukovich was kicked out by his parliament for being a traitor, which is why the russians had to go rescue their asset before he narc'd on them. Which means it was legally done.

Since when does language matter? It's not a requirement of any nation that your first language is that nations primary to be a citizen. It's certainly not indicative of race before you throw that argument back out. Ukrainian is still spoken in those regions as well. I am loving the evolution of this argument. First it was race. Then it was ethnicity. Now its language. What's next the number of Russian flags owned by citizens vs Ukrainian flags?

They live and work closely with Russia, of course they are more pro Russian than western ukraine. But that's a relative statement, not an absolute. Before the russians kicked out all the Pro Ukrainians there was absolutely zero push for independence or annexation. None, zero, zilch. The push to join Russia has all been driven by Russia. It's all a handy tool for Putin to justify stuff he was always going to do. Just like his sham negotiation stance of give me everything, and never abdiding by either of the Minsk agreements himself. Its wall covering for people who dont question him, like you.

It's very likely not their historical homeland going back more than a generation. The Soviet Union moved in tons of people to the region to forcibly shift the demographics and to create this future problem.
