War in Ukraine

We were before and have continued to do so. Like I said, not as all powerful as you think. We didn't jump in and start arming the Sauds after Yemen. Doesnt make us responsible.

Since those crimes have come to light we have provided 4.5 billion in aide to Yemen. Well probably the same percentage has actually made it as the aide going to Ukraine.
US personnel providing assistance does make us complicit. If we felt compelled to stop it we could have attempted to step in. We simply don't care because oil

Forgive us if we don't give much credibility to the russian commands hot takes on how things are going to play out poorly for Ukraine.

Give me one motivated, battle tested well-armed soldier with everything to lose against a dozen terrified guys who were flipping burgers, serving coffee and playing X-box a week ago whose only goal in life is to have the most adidas track suits and swill the most rot gut vodka.

Troll on. Hey, you still think it is possible Trump sold our nuclear secrets? Still an all time classic by you.

So we should be the world cops?

What assistance have we provided? If it's just training, we have provided a lot more in a lot worse situations.

Of course it's possible, unlikely - but possible.

I don't think my wifes cat will try and kill me either, but I don't put the chances at zero.

Thanks for bringing up and shining a light on how dimwitted you actually are, again. You're like a roach that runs into the light, exposing yourself without the self-awareness to realize you're doing it.

No but we shouldn't be the opposite. We shouldn't supply weapons for genocide to absolutely worthless humans just because they have oil

We were refueling their planes in air, on the ground targeting assistance, etc. We provided offensive weapons systems and repair parts.

I think you are underselling how tough this winter will be for them, but we'll see.

Are you talking about the 300k Russians that were sent to their deaths by pootin? I agree, it's going to be a tough winter for them. Those that aren't killed will be sleeping in fox holes watching the skies for grenade dropping drones. They'll be easy to spot because they'll be shivering due to not having proper cold weather gear.

I disagree. I think most people would fight to the death before bending the knee and being a slave.

I just thank goodness people had different attitudes than yours in 1775.

I'm also glad the French came to the aid of a struggling nation that no one expected to fight and win a war against a larger, more powerful country...

Yes the French did lend us a hand and lend us some money. Key word is “lend”. The Quasi War was a result of the US not paying those debts.

The refueling and targeting bothers me, the rest not so much. Maybe I am just jaded.

Or devil's advocate: they're attacking again in a desperate push to cut off Western arms because the weapons are turning the tide in the east and south.

Could, but I highly doubt it. If that is their worry, they should have done that months ago. The West is pretty well tapped out at this point, as far as heavy arms go.
