War in Ukraine

IMO the bear has been pushed little to much and the west is handicapping Ukraine with limiting what they willing to offer. This Kherson offensive will tell the tale on where Ukraine is pushing back.

Well, you look like an idiot by doing so. Just trying to help.
Well I trust that you can identify an idiot Larry you see one in the mirror every day.

Why edit the rest out? Doesn’t fit your idiotic diatribe? Here. Fixed.

Had your idiot orc leader minded his own ass there would be no need for the spending. Run along and find those “blood bath” in Kherson links now

The Kiev troll farm must have Dallas on some 16 hours shifts.
Tsk tsk Curly. You been stuck on the fry grill and made Larry carry all that water alone today? You Pootin Stooges gotta look out for each other better than that. Good training for when your mobilization orders hit!

@NorthDallas40 after sending yet another post containing a Larry, Curly, Moe, or Shemp in it.

Maybe it is only half. These packages included our own refurbishment
We give them say 13B of weapons from stock and have to replenish our stock with another 13B. Looks better on paper as a 26B package. IDK.

This will be peanuts to the rebuild though.

The USA will spend way, WAY more on the rebuild of Ukraine than we did on the rebuild of Iraq. And the oversight by the US military will be even worse.

Can you post a link showing that if he would have signed it Ukraine would have been barred from trading with Russia?
Damn man, the very first Google search I make...

Ukraine and European Union Agreement Spurns Russia | Guardian Liberty Voice (guardianlv.com)

Ukraine and the European Union (EU) formalized a trade agreement on June 27 that effectively spurns Russia and provides economic and national security for the fledgling, independent nation. Over the past couple years; inconsistency has characterized the relationship between the EU and the eastern European neighbor that separates it from Russia. In 2012, the EU prepared a similar agreement with conditions that Ukraine make some internal changes to its legal and electoral systems that would more closely align with the European Union. Specifically, the EU asked Ukraine to free two opposition leaders. Despite pressure from his constituents, Viktor Yanukovych did not sign the trade agreement with between his country and the European Union. The two opposition leaders were not freed, and Yanukovych’s decision sparked pro-West demonstrations throughout Ukraine.

During the few days surrounding Kiev’s 2013 change of heart under Yanukovych, the Oman Observer reported that Ukraine’s cold feet came from pressure from Moscow who continually reminded Ukraine of potential economic repercussions from turning its back on Russia. Addressing the nation in a televised interview, then president Yanukovych told Ukraine that he was waiting for the EU to sweeten the terms of their proposed arrangement to account for the damages that would be caused by cutting economic ties with Russia. The European Union sent the message to Kiev that if Ukraine wanted the agreement then the EU was ready to talk about next steps. Yanukovych backed out. Russia did not favor losing influence over its former vassal. Tensions between the Kremlin and EU rose.

Not sure you understand what “barring” means.

Thanks for the excellent article.

"that separates it from Russia" This is talking about the part that LSU really liked. Ukraine provided the physical separation between Russia and Europe that LSU referred to as the parking lot where all of the nukes are supposed to be dropped. This is not about EU refusing to let Ukraine have a relationship with Russia.

"Russia did not favor losing influence over its former vassal."
That was the real problem for Putin. His response is explained in the article. "Russian troops continued to intimidate Ukraine by moving troops to the country’s eastern border; much like an abusive husband might try to intimidate the wife over whom he is losing control. The government of Yanukovych fell in the midst of civil unrest. Pro-Russian activists fled to the east and asked Russia to annex part of Ukraine. Yanukovych fled to Russia."

"Moscow who continually reminded Ukraine of potential economic repercussions from turning its back on Russia." This was explained more later in the article. "The two natural gas pipelines deliver gas to the European Union from Russia. Both of them travel through Ukraine and provide the country with economic benefit." "It is not unprecedented for Russia to stop this flow of natural gas."
So Moscow threatened to cut off the natural gas flow and the related revenue to Ukraine if Ukraine moved closer to Europe.

Where in that link does it say anything resembling a bar to trade with Russia? Hint: it’s not there.
