Another thing to add, compare Putin to Zelensky during this conflict. Who would be more likely to use a dirty bomb? Putin has been calm, restrained, and consistent throughout, whereas Zelensky has been quite the opposite.

He regularly targets civilians with aerial munitions, for the purpose of terrorizing the population. Zelensky has limited his aerial attacks to military targets, with a publicly expressed policy of avoiding civilian casualties. The only exceptions I've seen reported are individual Ukrainians who served as political stooges for the Russian occupying army. The suggestion that Zelensky would deploy a dirty bomb on his own people is false nonsense. You are parroting Russian propaganda, which is a pack of lies. Again, the question is why?

Hang on Larry I’ve seen you stooges drop RT and other Russia state media links claiming Russia was already fighting NATO directly. Even today there was reference to “western boots on the ground” in the conflict. FFS at least try to stay consistent with your bill

The US/NATO need Russia to use a nuke to get their population behind a western escalation that will likely require boots on the ground as Western boots on the ground is the only thing standing between Russia and victory.

The russians need this to end on favorable terms. Conventional means clearly arent working for russia. We've already seen them take the gloves off with recent strikes on purely civilian targets far from the front line.

They also escalated with the annexation and deploying 300k new troops. Clearly Russia is escalating. The only question is far will they escalate.
