How about we stop treating them as threats and find ways to work together.Russia isn't and hasn't been a threat to us in a long time. Our focus should be on China.
And India.
Because I dont want us tied up for another 20 years with no end goal.
It should have been decided before we got involved. Basically your argument is because we got involved we should stay involved. That's a terrible argument.
What gives you that idea? Everything they were selling to Europe, they are now selling to China. China is ramping up their exports to Russia, giving them access to cheap Chinese crap. The Biden administration has created a monster.
Did we decide in 1941 how long were going to run lend-lease to the UK and Russia?
The argument is that as long as Ukraine is making good use of the weapons we are giving them, then there no need to slap a date on when we'll stop.
The attack on Pearl Harbor was only 81 years ago. It's a valid reason to support Ukraine with over $113 Billion dollars against Russian aggression. When I see Germany, France and the UK spend as much as we are, then I support this effort.Have we been attacked like we were in 1941?
Trying to draw comparisons to WWII at this point is absurd.

Lend-lease to the UK started in March of 1941.
Do you need to be reminded of when the US entered the war?
Lend/Lease 2022 is Lend/Lease in name only. It should be named give/take 2022 because there isn't anything that's going to be paid back or returned.
We gave the UK and Russia 60+ years to repay their lend-lease bill, how about you let Ukraine push the Russians out of their territory before you try to collect.
