I will do that, so in other words, some of this is possibly our fault? We stuck our nose in it back in the early 90’s to get Ukraine to give up at that time the world’s third largest nuclear weapons cache after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. If you’re interested look back over the last three pages or so on the details of our negotiations with Ukraine and Russia on it.
Oh I believe we are absolutely culpable going back to the 90’s. I take the minority view that we gave commitments in order to get what we wanted on the nukes. We did the same in Belarus and Kazakhstan also at that time. We should absolutely avoid open ended entangling agreements in general and definitely halfway around the world from us. But when we enter them I’m not inclined to listen to our whining when the bill comes dueI will do that, so in other words, some of this is possibly our fault?![]()

They’ve been shown to really believe a lot of things that have been demonstrated to be completely false. The combat effectiveness of their entire military as a whole for a glaring example. It's baffling to me how Russia calls American tanks crap (I know they really believe it when they say it) when they're turning MT-LBs into neo-Whippets.
The new M1A2 SEPv3 blows anything they have out of the water. I don't know if any of you have hands-on experience with the v3, but if you do you know what I'm talking about.

Baffling because Russian made tanks have been annihilated by US tanks/weapons for decades. It's baffling to me how Russia calls American tanks crap (I know they really believe it when they say it) when they're turning MT-LBs into neo-Whippets.

FYPThat will certainly serve to encourage honesty, integrity and accountability for the few Russian journalists left in Russia.
In the meantime, @Rasputin_Vol should feel free to lecture us about the biased western death cult media.
I remember watching a JDAM blow up the helicopter I was flying in that crashed.I remember the first time I saw a JDAM in action on TV. General Schwarzkopf showing one hit a bridge in Baghdad. Amazed me then and amazes me now.
*IF* the Ukrainians have enough compatible aircraft, and *IF* their pilots can execute a lob correctly and stay out of Russian AA, and *IF* we can supply enough of them, then yeah... Russia will be hating life.
They effectively can't be jammed, are fire and forget and deliver about 10x more explosives than HIMARS plus additional kinetic energy.
