Remember, just because something happens with the plant doesnt mean it was specifically targeted. And the charges could be a system to collapse the containment before things get bad. It's crazy, but these are the Russians.

No power in is bad. Going to be dealing with some real issues quickly.

They don’t. It’s Russia trying to shape the narrative ahead of said event, if it happens.
