Reminding everyone that Crimea nor the upcoming next invasion of Ukraine by Russia would never have happened if we didn’t convince Ukraine to give up their nukes.
- 1994International relations theorist John Mearsheimer predicted a Ukraine without any nuclear deterrent was likely to be subjected to aggression by Russia, but this was very much a minority view at the time.
WTF are you talking about? We have military bases all over the world. Any country that doesn't dance to our tune gets put on the terrorist state list. How is this your constant defense of your hero worship.
Also, where were our attempts to expand our empire?
You can call it a "whatabout ism" if it would make it easier for you.How is this your constant defense of your hero worship.

Aggressor? The NATO moving into former Warsaw Pact countries and installing missiles aimed at Russia is the catalyst for Russia having to counter NATO. The US/NATO broke their word and now want to act innocent. These guys know good and damn well that they are provoking Russia and trying to back them in a corner.I have no idea why the current state shocks anyone when you’re looking at that aggressor asshat Putin.
I think you’ve done enough sack carrying for Putin today Ras give it a rest.Aggressor? Hey genius! I flat out stated we never should have talked Ukraine into giving up their nukes that stupidity set the whole stage for that asshat thug Putin to over run them! There was no need for you to answer the bat signal and defend your man crush’s honor!I think you all have done enough ignoring of the The West's hand in escalating and contributing to this.
The nukes really are not the catalyst. It was NATO moving east and into former Soviet states and putting in military assets. Why are you ignoring that major detail and instead talking about Ukrainian nukes?Hey genius! Bull ****. Pure unadulterated bull ****. If Ukraine hadn’t given up their nukes the Russian flag would not be flying over Crimea today and the eastern region wouldn’t be under Russian occupation. And it’s stupidity by you to claim otherwise. The nukes really are not the catalyst. It was NATO moving east and into former Soviet states and putting in military assets. Crimea voted and had a referendum. Had the US State Dept not gone in there and staged a colour revolution, Ukraine wouldn't be a failed state right now.Bull ****. Pure unadulterated bull ****. No I’m saying Putin doesn’t have the balls to move on Crimea in order to “restore order” and hold “completely just and legal elections” when he’s worried about the high temperature in Moscow on the day of the move reaches 1000C it’s common damn sense to anybody not a Putin shill.Crimea voted and had a referendum. The nukes had nothing to do with it. So you're saying that they should have lobbed nukes during that power transfer/coup in 2014? Look who is talking crazy right now...
Again, the transitional govt, if they would have had nukes in 2014, would have been a threat to Putin for annexing Crimea? The people in Crimea were essentially separatists, they weren't victims of an invasion. They clearly wanted to join Russia. I'm not sure why this is even debated anymore considering that there hasn't been any rumblings in Crimea since then about insurgencies or rebels wanting to rejoin Ukraine. No I’m saying Putin doesn’t have the balls to move on Crimea in order to “restore order” and hold “completely just and legal elections” when he’s worried about the high temperature in Moscow on the day of the move reaches 1000C it’s common damn sense to anybody not a Putin shill.
You’re a clown. Putin stays on his leash and doesn’t over run Crimea if Ukraine keeps their nukes. Nobody but Pacer buys your bull **** on this Ras.Again, the transitional govt, if they would have had nukes in 2014, would have been a threat to Putin for annexing Crimea? To compare Russia to the United States right now is laughable because we have stirred up more hell and chaos than anyone over the last 70 years.
You can call it a "whatabout ism" if it would make it easier for you.
I'm simply pointing out the hypocrisy in your outrage. You whine, b*tch and moan about "Russia Russia Russia", meanwhile, we have stood behind and supported some of the most notorious figures in the late half of the 20th Century.

The US would have never allowed them to keep them as they were the third largest nuclear power in the world on USSR breakup day I believe. They had the tech and mfg capacity as well as possession at that time. Had they kept just a few of them there’s no way they are in the situation they are in today. It only takes one to turn Moscow into a smoking hole. But our meddling asses would not allow that to happen and now they’re about to get over ran again as Putin gets the band back together.I've heard the Ukrainians couldn't crack the activation codes for them and that's why they willingly gave them up. Don't know if that's true but have seen that posted before.
You act like modern day Russia is no different than the USSR under Stalin... or Brezhnev for that matter.Lol. Bases? They aren’t going to install bases. They are going to have people submit to their rule. Goodness.
