So we went to war with the Taliban in Afghanistan, occupied the area, and then we turn the country over back to them 20 years later... and arm them.

None of it makes sense. You can't even justify it.

You are well within your rights to condemn this invasion of Ukraine. But you can't do it if you have no issues with what we have done over the last 30 years in the ME.

Except the taliban offered to negotiate handing over Osama Bin Laden but we said no.

People are completely ignoring the fact that there are actual fascist groups in the Ukraine. Ukraine isn't completely innocent in what has gone on in Eastern Ukraine and the Donbass region. There are also Ukrainians who consider Stepan Bandera to be a national hero. I suggest people look into this.

I wonder if Democrats would support allowing some of these Ukrainian refugees to resettle in the US?

I really wonder if they would support it knowing they are white and probably Trump supporters.

Do you even know who Stepan Bandera was? How much have you been following Ukraine politics the last 10 years?

I'm not justifying anything that Russia is doing but Ukraine and other western nations are not innocent in this either.

There are actual fascist groups in the US too. The DNC, BLM, and Twitter readily come to mind.

There are fascist groups in almost every country.
