Biden destroyed the North American oil market on day one with the stroke of a pen. We went from keeping our money to sending it to dictators thanks to one stupid brain dead idiot.

We absolutely can; however, we still choose to export some of ours and buy from others. Sometimes we apparently buy crude and export refined stuff, and apparently sometimes we do or don't buy "sweet" or whatever crude and do or don't export the other stuff. Seems like in the scheme of things according to The U.S. Energy Information Administration we were almost balanced in petroleum imports and exports in 2020 before biden upset the applecart. I've also read that US oil producers were producing more and making less profit before the covid reset, and now they are happy producing less and profiting more. If true, that says we have our own domestic mini OPEC problem - like maybe a commodities market gone wrong.
