War in Ukraine

Your post is LAUGHABLE. Absolute rubbish. Pure revisionist history.

In reality, Trump detested NATO in its entirety and everything is stood for. It was antithetical to his shortsighted and absorbed "America First" policy - regardless of whether every country paid its 2%.

Per Rolling Stone article citing TRUMP'S OWN BOOK:

The statement is yet another attempt by Trump to rewrite “History” by painting himself as NATO’s greatest ally. In one of the former president’s books, The America We Deserve, which was published in 2000, he claimed that money the U.S. sent to NATO was wasted. “America has no vital interest in choosing between warring factions whose animosities go back centuries in Eastern Europe,” he wrote, according to The Daily Beast. “Their conflicts are not worth American lives. Pulling back from Europe would save this country millions of dollars annually. The cost of stationing NATO troops in Europe is enormous. And these are clearly funds that can be put to better use.”
Hope you are enjoying your laugh. I like to spread north and joy in this sad world 😉
But tell me, what in your indirect quotes of Trump is in fundamental Opposition to the point I was making, namely that Trump believes that NATO needs to pay its own way? Which is exactly what is happening. It really sounds like you are seconding my point. I thank you heartily.

Calls grow to boycott Coca-Cola, McDonald’s and PepsiCo as major firms stay in Russia

Calls have been mounting for a boycott of McDonald’s, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo as the companies have thus far not joined the ranks of other major global firms in pulling their operations out of Russia.

Three Ukrainian supermarket chains announced they are removing Coca-Cola products from their store shelves and the hashtags #BoycottCocaCola, #BoycottPepsi and #BoycottMcDonalds were trending on Twitter over the weekend as customers vowed to shun their products so long as they continue to do business with Russia.
Good more diet Mountain Dew for me.

I don't fully understand. We're supposed to boycott because they have corporate offices in Russia or because they have operations that supply Russia with food products?

If it's the latter, then I am against the boycott. We don't want to deny Russians food. There is a reason blockades of food and medicine are against international law, and a boycott of food companies is just a different method of achieving the same objective.

$5.11? Holy freaking heck batman! I figured we have at least until the end of the month before D2 would hit $5. Guess we'll be upping the fuel surcharge again.

Edit: Yep, just pulled a report. Your info is correct, $5.12 is the average at the pump today in TN.
What do you haul?

We used to have a suck truck company come by every week or so when I was working, and they would have half of their employees quit before the day was through.

Used to do work at a casket manufacture and had to quit because I would have employees flat out refuse to go back.
