I think it would be harder to hide it in Ukraine than China. That’s all. Let me be clear I absolutely believe the US is using whatever proxies they need to in order to satisfy their bio weapon development thirst. I just don’t see Ukraine fitting an easily hide able case that’s all. And as far as developed bio labs available money solved that problem over night I’d guess.It makes perfect sense. When the USSR crumbled Ukraine was in possession of state of the art labs, highly educated workers and they are not a NATO member so no treaties to worry about violating. Ukraine has also been plagued with a corrupt government since it's independence from the Soviet Union so it's a perfect place to set up shop.
