We Can't Challenge The U.S. Military

I've had some food on a Navy base that probably wasn't much better than dog food.

the original MRE menus were pretty hideous as well, but I'd still take a dehydrated pork patty over a can of Alpo.

Chinese main flaw today. Very, very limited capacity to project force. As their interests globalize, they'll have to address it. Good thing they labor's cheap.

Am I correct in saying that they are building a supercarrier?

Gas prices would probably come down if we did

Their air force and navy would be wiped out pretty quickly

Wrong.

Wars of attrition do not work well for the technologically inferior force. Our arsenal of munitions and delivery systems (tanks, jets, bombers, etc.) provides us with a vast strategic advantage.

How much longer do you see them being a technological inferior force?

Pork Chow Mein and Grilled Frankfurters were game changing winners.

Meal #1, Grilled Beefsteak, was good for the M&M's and the Tabasco on the Crackers. The "steak" was unedible.

The four fingers of death was not a game changing winner.

I'll take chicken & salsa or spaghetti any day.

The blind chic that kept putting strawberry and not chocolate milkshakes in all of mine should be ashamed of herself as well.

They aren't even close from a space tech perspective. How can anything (troops, equipment, etc.) be massed without detection from recon satellites?

They better have hiking boots in their inventory

Why not, they have factories that make Nike, Adidas and every other brand imaginable.

To be honest, they probably already have a large presence there. Plus the ME would love to have them.

1. Google China and Aegis before you go down that road

2. Its easy if you send a bunch of "business men" or "workers" to certain strategic areas, flying in on commercial airplanes and coming in by trains or whatever. They could stage the ME before any Sat would know about it.

There are counter measures already in place for those carrier killer missiles
