Ok thats your opinion, their resume suggests otherwise, but you still didn't answer my question.

What quality team has Kentucky beat by double digits?

They aren't beating us by 30, mark in down, and if volinreallife wants to meet in real life and lay money on it I'd love to.

Yeah I think this pretty much sums it up. It takes some adjustment to go from Bruce Pearl ball where we lead the conference in scoring year-in-year-out to Martin ball where we struggle at times to score 45-50pts.

For me personally, I can't watch certain Big10 teams play basketball. Wisconsin immediately comes to mind. 15-20 made baskets and a bunch of free throws feels like watching a youth pick-up game. My criticism isn't so much with game-planning but with the personnel. There are a ton of mid-major squads that have better guard play than us. We need a Jajuan Smith type player in the worst way. Not an NBA 1st rounder but a good college perimeter player.

Last years team lost to Austin Peay, Oakland, and CofC early in the schedule and had no wins vs top 25 teams.

You're flat wrong if you don't think this team is better.

My issue is the irrational fans, and those with no patience. When we win people are nowhere to be found, we beat Wichita and I never saw a post from this Vol 30 character. Now we come out slow and this dude appears and is just being negative. There are some posters who have questions about Martin and present their concerns in a valid manner and I have no problem with that, it's a message board.

Those that want to start threads after a half I basketball talking about how crappy we are just gets old. We are 7-3, have ZERO bad losses, and have a win over a ranked Wichita State team. At this point last year we were 4-6 with 3 HORRIBLE losses (Oakland, AP, COC).

Here's a good example, people were freaking out about how bad the O was in the first half. Threads were started about how bad we suck, people were saying we'd lose, negativity was everywhere....guess what??? We score 44 points in the 2nd half and win by 14 points. My point, maybe just wait people, wait to freak out. This offense is so horrible, but puts 44 up in the 2nd half, so what if they did that in the 1sr half? We score 88 points tonight? Last time I checked that's not a horrible offense.

Does this offense have issues, sure, but as I've said before, if we put up 65 points a night we are gonna have a damn good record because of our D. If people have an issue with 60 point offensive games, then sorry, but that's Martin ball. If it produces wins (which right now it is) then i have no issue with it.

The fact you just included Pitt last year as good competition tells me all I need to know about your basketball knowledge.

Our first 10 games last year included what, 2 tourney teams? Our first 10 games this year included atleast 4 teams. The more you talk the dumber you look, our first 10 games were much harder this year than last, not even close.

I'm sorry we beat a mid major who has played nobody.

I'll back these guys till the day I die, but the offense needs to be fixed. Kenny hall having the ball at the 3 point line is rediculous.

We haven't played slowly (at least not the past few games), we've just shot poorly. If we shoot 40% in the first half, we would have scored close to 80, which is a pretty normal pace (possibly faster than normal).

At this point they are playing with freshman and sophomores.

Again we beat a mid major wsu team that really has not played anybody.

People were saying the samething last year about kentucky. No they are not as good this year, but at the end of the year they will be a top 25 team.
