Not sure how much NC State you’ve watched this year?

Everyone in the top 22 or even top 25 would likely beat them, probably decisively.

Fla beat us in everything except the score last night. We dropped three because we are terrible on offense and defense. Coach Josh knew he escaped one last night. Penalties last night is what stopped momentum. Nico has to get better at seeing the field as well and he and the receivers need to get back in a rhythm - they are not at this time.

They seem to have moved away to those quick slats and side throws that a lot of you do not like but have been what other teams do to move the ball.

The offense also seems to be crisper when they go fast, yet when that happens, you start to see players on the ground to slow the pace down.

Also to add, with the team schedules, the SEC did a better job of spreading out the teams for marquee matches between the top teams. Some teams are no longer protected with favorable schedules.

The B1G did not do that - they seemed to have protected some teams.

And the teams in the ACC and B12 are just not that good from top to bottom.

I posted earlier this week we should probably be about 12th, give or take. I’m fine with this ranking. It’s just about the wins. Do that, the rankings take care of themselves. I would rather beat Alabama anyway. A couple of guys on offense and the play caller need to come out swinging like Tyson in his prime and go up and down the field like they got a bottle rocket up their @$$. Sick of watching endless squandered drives.

Look, the Vols were bound to get some prime time telecasts as they were thought to have one of the most dynamic offenses in the country. Well they have been exposed in prime time and have no offensive tackles apparently and are like watching paint dry on offense. They are not a Top Ten team for sure but have the schedule to rebound if the offense can regain some efficiency. Without Tim Banks and Rodney Garner’s defense, the Vols would be at the bottom of the SEC.

Lol. It's a friggin college football ranking and some of our boneheaded fans want us dropped out of it and get defensive if you disagree with them.

And they're the ones living in reality.

It's how we looked doing it...3 straight games now where the offense and playcalling has been terrible, defense is all we have, with that being said us dropping after winning against a rival is kind of ****** but style points matter in today's CFB

He'll yeah, take whatever we can get. Look like crap winning our way into the playoffs while half our fans bish about it cause they don't think we deserve it. Lol. Gtfo.

And we played them in a true road game...at night. We should not forget the results of that game. The best quote from an OU fan was - That was the worst 10 point beat down I have ever seen.

Polls don’t matter right now. If we play better and win, up the polls we go. It’s truly amazing how a win or loss to a certain team carries more weight sometimes.
