stop , you cant even come up with a decent excuse. you have not told anybody with the talent those 2 had at Ga why they were still giving up 30-50 points a game. Ga was filled with talent.

Statistically, Georgia has a very good run defense. That's the primary reason a lot of the talking heads picked Georgia this week.

Again you are validating the point that Jancek can recruit and I think that is why he will be given a 2nd season as we need to fill our roster with talented players.

Wylo, KB and Count: I think we'll know by the end of next year. If we are still getting blown out with the talent that we have coming in, then it proves that he can't coach. By your logic Rob Ryan and Wade Phillips who were fired from the Cowboys can't coach and scheme. Belicheck who was fired from the Browns I guess he can't coach and scheme either. Pete Carroll too as he was fired. I'd rather think that Jancek may have learned some new things since he was fired than to think he is just garbage.

Is it really hard to recruit to Ga ? No . I am sure he gets a 2nd year. I am saying while at Ga they had a lot better talent and were getting rolled just like we are. People trying to compare the Def. at Cincy vs the SEC is laughable. Who was DC at Cincy when Dooley hung 40 something on them ? So how good was Cincys Def. was while they were there means nothing. They were not playing the schools Tn is.

Stanford apparently figured something out against Oregon.

MS ST, Ole Mis, and LSU apparently knew how to stop the 3 plays Auburn ran against us.

It took 2 ST TDs and a INT TD for AL to put up 35 on the Hokies.

Arkansas ST and UGA put up better efforts against MO than the Vols.

Guess it's too much to expect the Vols to have a defensive coach who can game plan against his opponents and maybe even overachieve a little.

I posted this earlier, but... Did you realize that:

UT held Mizzu to their second lowest score of the year?

Only one team this year has held Oregon under 40?

UT held Bama to lower scores than both A&M and Ark, and allowed only 7 more than LSU? Bama has been held under 40 only four times, and under 30 only once?

Tried to make this point...you did a much better job...it seems that if you have the SCARLET LETTER of F for FIRED that you can never coach again...lot of success stories that would be nonexistent if this axiom was true

I am saying he has recruited the talent it took to compete in the conferences he was in. You stated that UGA had talent while he was their DC so someone had to recruit it amd there is no denying he did a good job of recruiting at Cincy.
