I am usually hesitant to buy fast food fish but this actually flaked and was tasty.
We only got it because a couple of people at the dog park recommended it.

Air fried some chops last night. My wife found a air fryer chop rub recipe that was outstanding. Plan on using it on the grilled chicken tonight, and would make an excellent rub for the smoker.

For 2 Chops: (Can adjust measurements to however much you need to make. This will liberally coat 2 large thick chops for reference)
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Paprika
1.5 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Ground Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

rinse and pat meat dry. Rub with olive oil, then spice rub.
