It looks like they know Chad Morris was their Derek Dooley and now Sam Pittman is their Butch Jones. They were happy to have gotten respectable after Morris embarrassing tenure. However their patience has evaporated and they are not against getting rolled for sake of replacing Pittman.

Remember in 2013 when we went to autzen to play Oregon? I felt the same way. Man, is it an awful feeling. I don’t think we completely blow them out, but we should win by two-three scores as long as we don’t lay an egg.

Now I really do feel bad for them. They've had their Dooley. They've had their Jones. Next, they get their Pruitt.

-The absolute best news about The Tennessee game is it won’t be another heartbreaking one score loss. They’ll just beat us by 20 plus.

-Tennessee will do what they want Saturday. We just don’t have the team to compete.

-All will be fine when Pittman is gone. I’m begging Heupel to hang 80.

-I feel like we can compete for at least a quarter but that’s about it. Tennessee wins big.

-This is a primetime game because of Tennessee, not because of us.

Arkansas-Tennessee basketball games will be an exciting matchup like the Kentucky-Tennessee basketball games were.

Either this team is a championship caliber team or it isn’t. Most of us believe it is. We don’t have play not to lose Fulmer leading the charge. This cat keeps his boys focused game by game and largely not looking past games. The leaders of this team share the same mindset.

Following all that logic, its games like this, with a defense like we have (defense travels well), that we should go into these, focused and ready to control.

I see all of that as much more reasonable to believe then our guys simply are saying “oh we got this one in the bag!”

100% agree. People are getting a bit ahead of themselves and I get it. We are starving for a championship, but one game at a time. That doesn't make us nega vols, it makes us cautious. The last 20 years should have made us that way. Prove it to us boys, we're begging you to!

I hadn’t seen them yet so I went back and watched the aTm game. Ark was better till aTm decided to run then it wasn’t close. Samson should have a monster game. Their OL is weak but their QB scrambles well. I expect it will be another NC State type score in this one.

Did anyone watch the Arkansas game against A&M? Arkansas players were arguing and frustrated with each other on the sidelines. I think Tennessee gets up on them early and they completely self destruct. That said we were overconfident going into South Carolina in 2022. We should stomp Arkansas though.
