I see Riggs going to Florida. That spot has opened up some due to the issues with Victor Hampton and I think they were saving a spot for Riggs anyway. He'd be a tough pull, but I think he is giving us a legitimate shot. He had nothing but glowing praise for the Vols' staff after this weekend's visit and is delaying his announcement because he wants to give his parents a chance to meet Kiffin.

Haven't heard much about him regarding UT lately. USC has his teammate Anthony Brown committed and the only schools he's visited are UCLA and USC. I would give those two schools the advantage right now. We are in his top 8.
