I remember all the great coaches started off with paint on their chest, getting rowdy during a girl's game. Coach K did it, Dean Smith, Roy... Who can forget the time Bobby Knight painted his chest and cheered for the girls?... Bill Self, Tom Izzo, Jaime Dixon, Jim Calhoun... they all did it!!

Dang even Calipari gets all painted up once a year still!!

Who could forget the time Calipari did it. It was obviously the key to all the UK fans selling out Rupp every game.

I started out at Stokely in 1974 I don't see any big change in the crowds cheering. In big games when TN is competeing the crowd gets really loud. In fact when TN made a run at Pitt at the end of the game Thompson got really loud. I have been to games at SC, AL, and GA and none of them even came close to being as loud as Thompson during the games when we beat Fla, Ky, and TX at Thomp. There is no doubt in my mind that the absolute loudest crowd I ever saw was at Thomp.

I'm guessing you meant to say his chances are 1 in 1000 and you probably really believe 1 in 1000000.
Then there are some of us who are hoping he'll be the best to come from the Keady tree.
He's certainly shown the ability to evaluate talent on the HS level.
He's also shown the ability to develop young players.
He's actively recruiting the best players in the 013 class and should he land one or two, he'll build from the Pearl accomplishments and take the program to the next level.
Now that's JMHO, but the contrast to your completely negative opinion.

TBA is just so darn big that I think a lot of the noise gets lifted up and lost. Smaller have no space for the noise to escape

Dooley and cuonzo are basically interim
Coaches. The Ath dept didn't know the **** they would or wouldn't be in and just looked for warm bodies to hold the title of HC til the dust settled. Luckily for cm, as long as he's a lil better than average he should be ok
