My Grandma could recruit at Texas. Thats not a very good indicator of someones recruiting ability. 95% of your classes are Texas kids that line up to play for the team.

IIRC, in regards to the 2010 signing class, Mack Brown indicated that they only had 25 recruits on campus for official visits and they signed those 25 recruits. My numbers may be a little off, but it was very close to that anyway. Falls in line with your summation.

He can recruit. The texas d didn't have a great year, but big 12 offenses are generally good. You must have also missed his years at auburn too. Its a great hire for florida as long as he gets a good oc.
