Put all the Media Hype, Race Baiting, and Politics aside. I believe the Man deserves his day in court. However seeing the facts as they are now there is no reason why he shouldn't charged.

Like I said earlier put all the Media BS aside and ask yourself one question.

If it was your son would you want Zimmerman held accountable.

Hell even if this Kid attacked him he didnt have any weapons and was maybe 150 pounds soaking wet. How was Zimmerman justified pulling a gun and shooting him.

When you put yourself in the position Zimmerman did you better know how to defend yourself without pulling a gun like a coward. Be prepared to take a Ass Whooping like a man or avoid confrontation. If you want to talk the talk be prepared to to walk the walk. Sooner or later your bluff is going to be called.

I own guns and have a carrying permit. I am not antigun by any means. I respect the power and responsibility that comes with carrying a Firearm. I would never pull it unless I knew without a doubt in my mind that I was going to have to use it.

Now can anyone explain to me what a Unarmed skinny kid could have done to make Zimmerman think he was about to die. Zimmerman is a coward and I don't need a court to tell me that.

All I know is this if I have to take another mans life I don't want to have the live the rest of my life wondering if I could have spared him.

I always remember listening to my uncle growing up. His was in Nam and he would only talk about his time there when he got drunk. He shot a man during a firefight. He said the man was running their way and he took him out. Afterwards when he approached him he saw that he was unarmed and was probably just a scared man caught in the crossfire. He said he dreamed of that man almost every night that his face would haunt him till the day he died.

He told me the day I bought my first handgun that I better not have any doubt in my mind before I used it. He said once you take another mans life you will be changed forever.

Yeah if its your life. Look if my wife or kids are being attacked or my life is danger then yeah I will meet force with force. However if a man is front of me wanting to throw hands I will either man up or walk away. There is nothing brave or noble gunning a unarmed man down. IMO thats what a coward would do.

That is different and you know that. My wife or kids cannot physically protect themselves. I can. I am a grown man. A man that messes with another mans wife or kids puts his life life at risk. I don't think many men would argue that.

But like I said I know how to defend myself without having to pull a gun. If that man has a weapon or he comes into myself to harm me or my family then yeah he better hope he is either Bruce Lee or is a quicker draw.

The police report said he was covered in blood. The video shows no blood, cuts, swelling... nothing. When I broke my nose my shirt was drenched in red, he didn't have a spot on him.

Please tell me that you realize that this video is an hour after the shooting. Zimmerman was attended to/cleaned up at the scene by EMS. This arguement is a HUGE reach and any one with common sense would not make it.

If you broke a nose, your shirt would be soaked. And if your head was bashed into the ground several times, you'd have a cut somewhere on your head. Like you said this is a hour after the shooting, not a month

How is that. Even being cleaned up he has no signs of swelling, bruising, cuts and if he was as roughed up as he claimed why is there no signs of bandaging or even ointment dressing. The part where he is being escorted down the hall gives a very clear view of his head and face and I saw nothing. Did I miss something?

Seriously I'm the one not using Common Sense?

According to Zimmerman's brother, his brother was beaten almost to the point of unconsciousness, barley able to act. And somehow he managed to throw a person who was beating him when he was at his best off of him, grab his gun, and shoot him. All while receiving no injuries!

Zimmerman's father says that a teenager with no record of violence, unlike his son, suddenly decided to break off from his errand, put down his skittles and tea, and try killing a person who he has never met before for no reason whatsoever!

Trayvon Martin Witness Casts Doubt On Shooter's Self-defense Claims | Fox News


In reference to the size difference between 28-year-old Zimmerman and Martin, the witness described the fight as being between a "larger man" and a "boy." While the witness said he was not able to see who was on top of the other as the two scuffled, he said "there wasn't a lot of movement" immediately before he heard a gunshot.
Zimmerman "didn't appear hurt" as he walked away, he added, and he didn't see any blood on him.
