I am getting better. I have a '74 Strat and an Ovation about the same vintage. I just bought a Taylor 12 string about a year ago and my most recent purchase was a Yamaha Silent String acoustic (classical) that I take with me on a trip. If you see a Delta pilot with a guitar on his back, it might be me.6 string acoustic is my best.
I can play the **** out of electric if someone works the wah pedal for me.
Give me a couple handfulls of mushrooms and I'll blow your mind, and then lock myself in a closet for 4 hours

I'm not great by any stretch, but I am finding what I like to play. I would really like to have somebody to play with though. I don't think I am ready for a band scenario unless I was sitting in the back playing rhythm.
lol... yupIt was actually hilarious listening to the radio this morning. Had it on some hip hop station out of philly, and the hosts were going nuts over how out of touch Kanye is. Talked about the neighborhood he lives in, and how hes from chitown, and how Jayz and Beyonce are still in touch.
Then as the day progresses, all I hear is Kanye this, Kanye that. That dude knows exactly what hes doing, and hes a step ahead of everyone.
But how the **** are Jay z and Beyonce still in touch??? Is it because they still pretend to be democrats now that theyre incomprehensively wealthy?
I just watched the history special on Chicago, and it was amazing to me that several of them said they didn't feel like they belonged playing with the group. In the early days, they were all amazing. When Cetera went all pop, the went downhill big time. Too bad.I miss playing music with people so much.
It simultaneously relieves the pressure to create a full sound on your own, but also forces you to expand your musical vocabulary to respond to what the others are doing.
Helps to play with ridiculously talented people.

But I hear what you are saying. I really need to find some locals that wanna jam. Now you have me inspired to look harder.
He's legit one of the most talented people in music. He may be crazy, but that's probably what makes him a musical genius. Whether you like him or not, he's the fulcrum in one of hip hop history's major pivots. Pretty much all the new big names today would call Kanye one of their major influences.

Mainly, he's noteworthy for being married to Kim and being a douche bag, like when he dissed Taylor Swift at the Grammy's. Not surprised he's a Trump fan.
So in one basket you have your deplorables, and in another basket you have the douche bags. Got it.
Spread the word brah, Inpache fawdyfife Inpache fawdyfife Inpache fawdyfife!
