Wow!!shocked

Actually I can see Nared at the three, Deshields at the two, Cooper at point guard, Russell at center, and Graves at power forward and Tennessee winning some more titles.

Deshields is not a player hard to deal with look at her assist total. She is not a difficult player she will flourish at Tennessee and make her teammates better.

I like this, plus with Nared & Tucker being 6'2" we go four out around Russell and be very dangerous!

As much as I want her to be a vol something tells me she's going to USC. It's just a feeling I have. All this talk of Tennessee being a done deal caused by the media, it's just a safe guess. I wouldn't be surprised if she picked USC, but if she chooses Georgia on the other hand then I'd be scratching my head.

She could go anywhere, but all this is predicated because some guy over at TOS who is friends with her family said it was definitely Tennessee. He has been posting over there a long time. I figure his credibility will be damaged beyond repair if she goes elsewhere.

Sources close to WCHL confirm that Diamond DeShields is going to Tennessee.

Speculation has pointed to DeShields going with her friend from Georiga, Te’a Cooper, who is leaning toward being a Volunteer. Cooper de committed from UNC at the start of this season.

DeShields has not said anything about her destination since UNC Athletics confirmed Thursday she was leaving. Head Coach Sylvia Hatchell said she did not know why she made this choice.

With the decision to leave UNC, DeShields has to sit out next season and will be eligible to play at the start of the 2015-16 season.

She led all Tar Heels in scoring and was named the National Freshman of the Year and the ACC’s Rookie of the Year. Carolina was knocked out of the NCAA tournament in the Elite Eight by Stanford.

Then there's this
@PBevBallNPrep: Contrary to some reports @DDeShields23 has NOT MADE A DECISION ON HER NEXT COLLEGE! #FromDaSource @BlueStarMedia1 @MikeFlynn826

Well, if Cooper is what it takes to get DD. I hope my Gamecocks can make it an interesting battle for Cooper. We are still recruiting her I believe. We had her sister, Mia, signed with us but she didn't meet academic qualifications, so who knows how that might effect Te'a. If we made a push for Te'a we are already in good shape with Kyra Lambert who wants to major international business (USC is has the #1 program nationally for international business). Also there is Asia Durr out there and we are in the running for her as well last I have heard. That much talent might turn Cooper's eyes away from USC.

Durr has UConn number 1 and ND number 2 .

Diamond being unhappy before the season started would fit with Cooper rescinding her commitment if the two had talked any about it. But it doesn't fit with Hatchell saying she doesn't know why Diamond is leaving. If Diamond was convinced to stick out a season then obviously this has all been discussed. It is also kind of hard to understand why Diamond recruited a bunch of players to go somewhere she was unsure about. It sounds like maybe they convinced her instead of vice versa.

Oh well, like I say, we will know what we need to know soon enough. I guess it is just fun to speculate in the interim.

Do you guys think had we not taken K. Davis commit so early that DD would be at UT as we speak i think this turned her away.(As I believe they will never play together again)???

I though Kaela had already rescinded her verbal to Tennessee by the time Diamond committed to UNC?

Truthfully, I would have been just as happy with Kaela Davis on this year's team. Yes, Diamond is better, but Kaela is good enough that she would have made Tennessee a NC contender. Oh well...what could have been! Hopefully, Diamond finds herself wearing Orange and White.

I can say with complete confidence that at this time Asia Durr does not have anybody number one or two. She may go to UConn or Notre Dame they are on her list of six, but neither is leading at this time.

One thing everyone has to keep in mind. Diamond cannot mention any school and no school can mention her until after she finishes classes at North Carolina. Then we will hear plenty. We are probably high on Cooper's list but we will not hear anything from her until June. Of course we hope to get both these players and in a couple months we will know.
I am thinking it will be a school very close to home for Diamond. Tennessee is far closer than SC.

I think Ms. Deshields is going pro. She can go overseas & play, make a little money and be on her own... Some people are their own worst enemy sadly. Miley Cyrus?

UConn bounced back late Sunday night from the rejection of A'ja Wilson by grabbing 6-foot-1 junior forward Napheesa Collier from St. Louis, the first member of its Class of 2015.

Collier gave her oral commitment to coach Geno Auriemma following her official visit to the campus last weekend. She chose the Huskies over Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri and Notre Dame.

It is pretty much exactly the same as far as travel time, with less mountains to Columbia.

I will give you this: You have managed to figure out a way to power up your computer and post a few hundred comments to an internet discussion forum without blowing your entire neighborhood to hell and back. Congrats. Now if you could only figure out how to post something of substance with a bit of grammatical acumen thrown in for good measure, you might actually sound as if you posses more than a 7th grade education.

In any case, I'm not sure why you are going on so about me "hiding." That I choose to limit my online information is my business and has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that I value my privacy and consider my comments capable of standing on their own merit. I have never in my short time here insinuated that you shouldn't post, and I don't particularly care which team or teams you support. Get over yourself already.

watch out TENN FANS

we now have to learn how to....

LESSON !..
How to Be Grammatically Correct Most of the Time
There are many rules of English grammar to consider when ensuring that your writing is grammatically correct. Foundational writing lessons usually cover structural issues such sentence fragments and run-on sentences. For example, you have probably learned that sentences need to have both a subject and a verb. Other important topics are parallel construction (making sure that certain elements of a sentence match each other in form) and subject-verb agreement.

stay tune for Lesson 2,:whistling:
