San Clemente (Calif.) High quarterback Chase Rettig finally received his first offer recently after performing well at Boston College's camp. BC is scrambling for a quarterback after the de-commitment of Joe Boisture and would love to lure Rettig from the West Coast. But Rettig just got his second offer and it's one he had been waiting on from Tennessee. The Vols are waiting on Jesse Scroggins, who will make his decision on July 25 (USC is the team to beat), but were impressed enough with Rettig to offer him anyhow. Despite the Tennessee offer, Rettig is interested in BC and this could be a closer battle than many expect.
