i would just like to say im super pumped about this commitment. thats all. actually, thats not all. i wanna know if this was the big fish or not, and who the big fish is if its not him.

A guy on VQ said he just talked to Brunetti:

He came up to me and said. How's Knoxville? and we had about 10 minute talk which consisted of....

We talked about how Ambles had been texting him all day about how he(Barry) needs to be a vol and follow him to Knoxville.

He also said he was very very surprised about Ambles' commitment and said "how did kiffin do that?" Says that Markeith is an awesome player and a good guy.

Therefore...Ambles is DEFINITELY doing his job and needs to keep up the good work. Very glad this kid is a vol.

We love ESPN around here. I don't know what you're talking about. ESPN is the greatest thing to happen to the SEC pretty much ever.

Sab, i'm glad to see someone here besides me has some sense. I started a new thread just the other day about the value of the agreement between the SEC and ESPN and was attacked unmercifully by several idiots here. So much so that the thread was removed. Now that a ESPN writer writes a nice article regarding Ambles commit they are no-where to be found. I love this site, just wish Freak would ban the azzholes that attack people here.

That's being looked at, friend. This board is in really, really good hands. ESPN is our friend around here. Their recruiting coverage gets better every year and I think it's right up there with Scout and Rivals as a legitimate source. Their evaluations are top-notch. Their writers are the best in the business. If you post anything in the AM to early afternoon, expect to be flamed. Those guys are ridiculous.

great great great pickup. Rogers, Richardson and Ambles not a bad list of guys to start the future at WR with, just wait until we add Milton and hopefully Prater.

This sounds like a spin on the story of two Miami commits ( I think it was two) that were asked to leave the FNL camp for flashing the "U" sign after making big plays. Apparently it happened once, they were asked to not do it again, evidently wouldn't comply and then told to hit the road.

We've been getting really good players on the Defensive side. This commitment was the first of many to come for the Offensive side and a BIG one at that. It's coming together nicely. If the Bridgewater rumor comes to pass, things will shape up nicely for us.
