I knew his name sounded familiar. He was tearing it up at our camp back in '09 and I remember periodically asking if we had offered him.

We never did. We could have gotten him too. He was under the radar.

yeah its funny going back and reading those posts.
Some of those guys were on the money calling the kid a sleeper.
Then those guys who worshiped CLK were calling him a one day wonder.

Big time screw up from the so called master recruiters. He was a sleeper and we jus opened up all other schools to his ability. Big time loss..

I know what he said. I still stand by my previous post. That was his way of putting pressure on LSU to offer.

Guess we'll never know since Kiffin didn't offer after evaluating him in camp but then realizing he was a lowly 3*. And that was the only thing really under our control.
