In the end, we're going to get a quarterback. It's probably not good for people to declare their allegience to one particular qb so vehemently over the other, at this point. Then, if we don't end up with Heaps, for example, they won't hold a grudge against the kid or the qb we ultimately get (whether it is heaps, simms, bell, or someone else).

I'm sorry but i just don't see him coming here. He'd be playing in the EXACT same offense at UWash and has always been a huge huskie fan and in the end thats going to be too much for him to say no to.

I just cant believe that he is so far down the list on the rivals 250. I figured he would be a 5 star QB.

Why does anyone really care? He's a high school kid, and has yet to prove to be Peyton the Sequel. He might turn out to be great, or he might turn out to be a bust.

according to Rivals, which no matter the bias is still considered a better reader than Scout, the kid is like the fourth or fifth best qb in the bunch. At least two of the kids ahead of him are interested in coming here. Hopefully, you guys pay them the same amount of attention as you do Heaps.

I think the Rivals read of Heaps was wrong and I think he will rise in the ranks before it's all over with. I just don't see how he could be rated #1 on one site and #130 something on another. That said, there are a few QBs that I like just as much if not more.

Nothing we haven't heard.

UT and Cal visits went well and he went to Udub for a basketball game. Its kinda old. From when he was at the 7 on 7 tournament.
