Can't listen. Does anyone have an update on what he said?
My apologies I thought that site would have an archive of their shows or something...
Basically what I took from it when I listened...
-down to 4 schools: A&M, Tennessee, ok st, ole miss
-going on an OV to A&M and would like to take 1 or 2 more after that
-wants to play ball with the returning players on his visits to see how they gel
-says hell go at whoever the returning players are at his position and will challenge them
-would like to make a decision within 3 weeks
-says he has really matured and following Pierre Jackson has been big for him
-says he can really be a scorer or distributor, he'll do whatever the coach asks of him
I love the part when he talked about going at and challenging the returning players at his position. Says he isn't scared of anyone and he gets that from playing in Chicago verse guys like Anthony Davis, d rose sherron Collins etc etc. reminds me a bit of how bobby maze had that same mindset to really challenge and go at the other PG's. If he were to sign here, even if he didn't start, I think it'd be great for trae to battle with him every day in practice.
On a side note: the hosts of the show before he came on were discussing him and it sounds like hell be competing more at backup SG and PG. from what they were saying the staff is very high on the highly rated freshman PG Reese coming in and that he'll most likely be the starting PG. then they return their SG, senior Elston Turner so I'm sure he'll retain his spot. So it appears Fabyon would probably get backup minutes at both spots, could be something that factors into his decision.
