Not at DT as the two that played this season were injured to often or could not hold the middle. See AU game for example of that. We play half the time in a nickel or dime and need depth badly. Also most of our sites think Pettway will resign for UA good or bad. They are team mates as well as Saban has placed a few non-qualifiers there and they made it back to UA form there. So some history as well with that staff for Saban.

This is a case of if a kid is too dumb to look at the UT and Bama depth charts and still go to Bama, we really do not need him anyway. JC kids have to have playing time to make it to the league.

My bad. This nonsense has cluttered 3 threads now so I'm worn out beating the same dead horse with this guy. My apologies to everyone else in this thread. I'm really paying attention to Jarran Reed's commitment because IMO him and Josh Malone are the 2 most important remaining pieces. Everything else is gravy moving forward.

I think Saban is a lot like Franklin who wants to recruit players Tennessee is recruiting to prevent Tennessee from signing them. Franklin has not been able to do that against Jones and we are getting our share against Saban. Times are changing.
