If we could trim them down to 320 or so, where Hayneworth and Henderson played, they could be players (and this s&c staff can do it).
Get Mosley down to 310-315 and Barnett up to 290-295 and we would be good to go.
Even getting Mosley down between 315-325 would be a marvelous feat. I've been vocal about not really wanting him but if he can cut 40 lbs I think he would be a force at NT with a quick guy like Barnett or Carr next to him.

Allen Carson is an example of the risk you take with a player who has too much bad weight. All the training and nutritional plans in the world won't work if you don't want to put forth the effort in the times when it counts (training & table).
Carson has other issues. As a FR he was listed on the roster as 6'2" 325 lbs which means that upon arriving at UT he was sent to the super secret dungeon located 150 feet beneath Neyland to be stretched on the rack. I guess the 2" was supposed to make him look like a higher rated player or something. Rivals had him listed at 6'0" 327 lbs. Anyway, after spending his first year on the hill he shrunk enough to give back 1/2 of the total he had gained in the original stretching, so he was down to 6'1" and 323 lbs on last years roster. The roster today lists him all the way back down to 6'0" and 312 lbs, meaning it's time to send him back to the rack for re-stretching.
