My cousin is from the Memphis/Brighton area and works out at a big gym there. He has told me the chatter from several of his close friends and family and people from his neighborhood say he has silently committed and all Vol. Take it for what its worth but I hope their right!

I really do think he is a silent, and just waiting to go public for his "special" day. CBJ has done this with other recruits, and I think that is what is happening here also. I am not an insider, that is just my gut feeling.

I have wondered if that may be the purpose of the delayed announcement. Some good news for the fan base in the midst of what is expected to be a brutal stretch of football.

I've also wondered if the Berry twins are silents and will make their commitments public later in the year, just so we have some good news to kickstart the late recruiting push leading up to signing day (and to make us happy, in case the year on the field ends up being a disappointment).

But who really knows.
