Simmons' senior stats: 105 tackles, 20.5 TFL, 21 QB hurries, 18.5 sacks, 5 pass break-ups, 3 blocked extra points, 2 blocked punts, 2 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries and 1 INT in leading Noxubee County to its 3rd state championship in 4 seasons.

Noxubee County is a pretty good program down here. They are 4A. We only go up to 6A. Most of the premier programs down here are 6A though (South Panola, Pearl, Brandon, Petal, and Oak Grove).

Would have been impressive if it was 4 championships in 3 years. Kinda meh the way it is now.

If the plan is to now only take one more DE, Simmons would be a huge get. Kongbo may be better in 2016. Long term, Simmons is better get.

From everything I've read, Kongbo stays out west and Simmons is an Ole Miss lean. Interesting that Saban would be using an Ole Miss lean to sway another kid to Bama.
