'18 TN QB/WR Alontae Taylor (UT commit 6/18/16)

I have a feeling that Taylor will decomit sometime soon , then when Tennessee ends up hiring a good WR coach he will commit back later on in the year .

We need him recruiting for us, not flip flopping.

Meh, I'm almost to the point of of not caring. There is no such thing as "committed but completely open to all schools".
I want talent but not in the form of Hurd or Williams.
I give the kid a small pass because of changes in position coaches but he's about used that pass up. At least for me.

“My family loves them and they are in the SEC. But, my family has always loved the ‘Big Orange’ and you always want to go where your heart wants to go. But, you have to find a place that’s a good fit for you. My family loves Vanderbilt but they really do love Tennessee. And you have to make a decision for yourself, but also for your family, too.

“I know a lot of schools are starting to come in offer and so I have to look at them but I really want to stay instate and play at home and have my family come and watch me.

-Rivals

Says he was close to making a decision but wants to hold off and focus on high school. Despite others schools starting to get involved it's basically only Vandy and Tennessee right now.

I guess he changed his mind. Thats why its important to commit to a school and not a position coach.

He's probably just going to make sure he meshes well with his new position coach. Nothing to see here, move along.

I agree, but he shouldn't do it in public.
If you have doubts about your fiance, post on Facebook that you're committed to a future with her but open to all other women.
Let me know how that goes.

Heck, video that stuff, that would be awesome!

I'd get on Facebook more often if that stuff occurred much. I agree but these are kids that don't think sometimes before hitting that button. I think he's a Vol unless he and the new WR coach clash. Which I don't think will happen.

My mother always said that if being a young was your only excuse, you'll never be a man.

On the flip side, I don't even have Facebook, so F me. :)

Once the new WR coach is hired, his recruitment will settle down. There's been a lot of changes, and I'm sure he's getting lots of contact from other schools.

And so it begins? Last year recruitment started off red hot and then bottom dropped out. Hope this is not a repeat.

It's cool Newt says we don't have to lock up the best talent in state

Just when i think im out they drag me back in...

Hire Beard and there are a few Florida wrs id be quite happy with if Taylor doesnt want on board however.

Attention seeking IMO.

I don't know this kid but he's a highly rated teenage football player. They all love the love. You commit early and some fan bases stop showing you the love.

Got to keep them invested.

Just my opinion
