I wonder how much moving will actually take place. Edwards, Bowyer, and Vickers could all be in new rides. Prob more I'm missing. Just haven't followed it as close this year.

I would bet my testicles that Edwards stays put.

Well he has been at RFR his entire and hasn't won a championship and the Fords are too inconsistent from year to year. I think he is seriously thinking about it. From who you believe Home Depot is unhappy with Joey and trying to buy out Carl's contract.

Also another rumor I've heard is Zippy is extremely unhappy and JGR is trying everything to get Carl signed to keep Zippy.

No offense, but what person that cares about bettering their career would want to work with Logano. He is a weird awkward looking dude, that looks uncomfortable in his own skin. And to top it off, he is not a very good racer at all. He is barely competitive in NNS.

Def not the "rugged, do it yourself" kind of guy.

Nothing is more inconsistent than the #20 team. Just stay put Carl, and race American.

I would only bet one, just to be safe.

I was just going to pass off some old mans glass eyes (painted testicle color of course) that I stole at a funeral once. Figured it was a no lose situation for me.

it's the driver, not the team.

I understand. This is major sour grapes on my part, because I don't want to follow a driver that races a Toyota. The car was always good when Stewart drove it, and Kyle bush is doing fine in his "piece" as he likes to call it. I'm not ass dumb as some of my posts would have folks believe.

Crown Royal will not be returning to the #17 car next year. RFR now needs to fill out the #6, #17, and #99 cars for next season. I think this will push Carl to leave.

One testicle, two testicles, glass eyes stolen from funeral homes... this whole thread gave me the creeps

That is going to leave a lot of people out of a job. I really feel for Vickers & Whitt as well, hopefully they find a ride. Also it sucks even worse because we lose two completely funded teams and semi-competitive cars, this move just adds two more S&P operations to the field next year. Question, are they just leaving the ownership side or all together? Hopefully they'll stick around just as a sponsor.

Doubt it. They'll stick with Pastrana, but other than that, I think they're cutting their losses. Considering they were all but ready to free themselves from Toro Rosso in F1, and they've since done an about face on that, I'd imagine that's where the money will go. They'll probably go after China in some form or fashion as well.

That's Jack Roush's own fault.

Why have Stewart and Newman not worked together in any of the plate races? It doesn't look good when all the other teams are teaming up adn they are looking elsewhere. Will Newman stick around? I don't really see a ride that he could go to that would be an improvment.

Maybe Tony is following the precedent set by the original Daytona Meister, Smoky Yunick. He told his drivers not to run together at Daytona so they wouldn't both be caught up in the same wreck.

The few times they have tried it, one ends up going around off of the other's bumper.

Makes some sense. Get at least one good check.
