Mar a lago document case. That is the one that ought to worry him the most because he can't tie it to politics, ie it has nothing to do with who won 2020. He'll try to say others did it, but people are smart enough to see the criminal difference between one person having g a handful of documents and returning them immediately when asked, versus another with boxes and boxes of them who not only refuses to return them but engages in a scheme to hide his personal involvement.

And when the evidence becomes out as to WHY he took THOSE documents and refused to give them back
.... could be really bad.

The Mar Lago case should be the least of his worries. The 1/6 case is 100% a conviction if it goes to trial, it will be overturned on appeal like most of Smith’s wins but he’ll be convicted.

See, I disagree. I don't think he wins since there is proof he tried to stop the... protest before it got out of hand.

And was subsequently deleted very quickly by Twitter and Facebook. So, if anything, they should be charged for letting it get out of hand. They deleted the video where Trump told the protesters to go home.

With a DC jury and the judge handling the case I don’t see how he escapes conviction.
