I had a similar “meeting” with some of the things you mentioned as my needs have changed. The result of my meeting was basically “we just don’t know and there’s nothing we can do right now.” They said they could call me if anything changes. I do hope you get more clarity, but even laying what I needed on the table did me no good.I know it wasn’t the answer you were looking for, but that actually helps me (mine tickets are supposedly construction impacted in 2025).
But I’m like you, I’m still a little lost on several things. Same questions as you, plus how it is I have to give up my 2024 seats.
Maybe my meeting will help fill in some blanks. Our needs have expanded to include merging accounts, 4Topps, various sports, etc, so I’m trying to get an in person thing set up to make it easier.
I’m probably going to change my “support status” going forward because I just can’t even get answers.
