Whichever you do make sure it's ASAP. Depending on where you live will depend on how early you need to get to the store.

So for those going for the the new iPhone tomorrow, which do you plan to get?

I'm leaning towards the Plus due to the 1080p, better battery, and the different iOS quirks.

Well...took the mobile share plunge. Just made sense. Now I guess I need to set the alarm to preorder.

While there looked at phones that would be comparable to 6 plus. Too big.

Same here. Only issue is pocket portability. I did a cutout to the dimensions & it seems like it would fit & I already dedicate one pocket to phone only. Worse case I would have to get a shoulder holster

I think I may hold out a couple of weeks/months to decide. I wanna see some detailed review videos on both phones and I wanna actually see/play with one in person.

I'm reading that the software is laggy/choppy on the Plus due to everything not being properly made for the 5.5 in screen. And my iPhone 5 still runs and looks perfectly so there's no need for me to rush and get this one.

So I've got a cracked screen on my current Iphone which means it's not eligible for the $200 trade-in from verizon. Can I not just get it fixed for $75 then trade it in?

Maybe try a trade in at the Apple Store. If they offer a $100 it's still less of a hassle.

Sometimes. I may not last that long. I would preorder but I'll be using a line other than my own & it's simpler just going in & doing it. And I've found waiting in line an hour isn't so bad & kinda fun. Plus you get your phone quicker. Preordering the sites get swamped & slow as heck. Even if you get your order in on time you sit around stressing over tracking info & stress if it's not at your local FedEx 2 days before hand. Then if it does get there early you think just maybe you'll get it before Friday. You don't. It's fun watching meltdowns on other boards lol

The apple store isn't working.....

And the Verizon pre-order can't pull up my acct. wtf

What a debacle. Apple Store website and Apple Store App never worked. I was able to get the app to pull up but it kept saying all phones were unavailable.

I eventually got them ordered by creating a mobile hotspot and using my iPad to log into Verizon's website where it was finally able to pull up my account.

Sheesh.

I set the alarm to get up a couple of minutes before 2. Jumped on the computer and went to AT&T. 5 min later went back to bed after ordering 2 phones. Seamless. Went ahead and got the 128gb since only $4 more per month.

When I logged into AT&T at 3:00am, shipping dates showed 14-21 days, oddly.

Did AT&T open early? I was on a mac forum and people where claiming they were able to log in at 2am ET
