Thanks for the input on the LifeProof...I'm thinking of the Otterbox Commuter. A lot thinner than the Defender, and less bulky. It still covers all ports, though.

I just hate to lose the sleekness of the phone. I will probably do as I always do...start off with a case, use it for a few months, then go naked from then on.

I have to have the Defender level case. I abuse the s*** out of my phones. I went thru 3 4s phones. Only had to have the 5 replaced once because the lock button stopped functioning.

Check out the Spigen Tough Armor. My wife has it for her 5c and loves it. Just order thru Amazon and make sure it is fulfilled by Amazon and not Spigen. They have poor shipping times, but make great cases.

I had ordered the Spigen Neo Hybrid Metal until they started jacking me around on shipping dates, so cancelled and go the Verus Iron Shield which is virtually identical

It has been delivered!!! Now these last few hours at work are going to drag by.

I just called the AT&T store in Maryville to see if they had any cases, and was told they had "a lot". I plan on stopping by this evening.

I'm leaning toward the plus & the only concern is pocket portability. For those that got the plus how does it fit in the pocket, jeans to be more specific.

Played with a 6 demo at work. It felt and looked great. But I still think I'm gonna go with the Plus. Gonna go by Best Buy or AT&T tomorrow and see if they have one set up so I can check it out in person.

I haven't worn jeans yet, but it's a big phone. It was much more noticeable my front pocket of the shorts I wore this evening. I almost felt like if I sat down it might slide out.

It's definitely going to be a trade off. I love the phone, but it's going to be a bit more difficult to carry around.

I had my heart set on the plus if not for just the better battery but may opt for the 6. Game time decision when I decide to go.

The 4.7 inch screen on the iPhone 6 is actually nice sized and probably the better option for most people. With so many 5.5 inch and bigger phones on the market it doesn't sound that big, but the Plus definitely feels like a phablet.

I've used my gf's Note 3 as my guinea pig. Carrying it is the only thing that worries me.
