Sorry about your girl Bill, I thought she might come back and win the third set.

Just a weird night altogether. Ana losing and worse yet Bosnians and Serbs fighting over a silly little tennis match.

I missed that fighting thing, was that the crowd? I cant believe Djov hugged Delic, who would have thought.

Yeah, fans were rioting outside the stadium. They were watching it on a big screen and it got out of control. One woman was knocked unconscious from a thrown chair.

They are friends. Lots of excitement yesterday. Even when Delic asked his fans to tone it down and it's clear the players like each other they fight. To add to the madness, some idiot danced across the court naked during the Williams sisters doubles match. :bad::bad:

Anyone like Baghdatis' chances against DJoke? He's looked pretty strong the past couple of matches against the hard-hitting Swede, Soderling and American Mardy Fish. This is a much bigger test, but I like the way he's playing.

I'd love to see Djoke lose to Mr. Marcos, but I think Djoke wins in four. Anyone else notice how hard ESPN is pushing to try and change the perception of Novak? They keep painting him as a guy who just made a handful of mistakes and is still a really good guy. I didn't know a really good guy shunned fans the way he has.

Andy Murray looks unstoppable right now. Nadal Haas should be a good one. And the Gonzo Gasques match right now is pretty good. The Chile crowd is loud as hell

You're probably right. You're def right about ESPN. Although, I don't know why they'd wanna pucker up to this dude. Did you happen to see this article where he ran his mouth about Murray? Murray playing with chip on shoulder in Melbourne - Tennis - Yahoo! Sports

No. Not good. I don't think a lot of people had Tommy in that one.

Oh. Yeah I just saw the end of it. I got all excited bc you said "I won't ruin it for you" I thought maybe Haas was coming back or something. That Gonzo Gasquet match was amazing.

I hadn't seen that article, but I knew Djoke made the comments. Djoke has to get over these insecurity issues, realize he has top level talent, but others do as well and realize that he still has some proving to do before he can/will stand above or even with Federer and Nadal. With continued good showings and two or three more majors, his time will come. He just needs to be patient. The more he runs his mouth the harder he makes it for himself.

OMG Listening to Azarenka is unbearable. I can't tell if she's saying WHOOO or sneezing on each and every stroke.

unbelievable break for Serena as Azarenka has to retire to what appears to be heat exhaustion/fatigue. Azarenka was kicking her tail until she just became too dizzy to compete.

I don't think Azarenka was going to win that. Serena had just started serving like herself and Azarenka's error totals were definitely going to rise as the match tightened.

I agree. But Azarenka is now a rising star on my radar. Amazing physicality. She reminds me of Venus when younger..

I totally disagree. I can't remember if she was about to or actually did break Serena's serve (I want to say the former) in the second set before she fell apart. If we're going to talk about errors, Serena could barely hold off Azarenka when the girl was stumbling around because of her own pitiful errors. Serena didn't have it last night. Not just her serve, but her return game was weak and she had little control of her forehand. Azarenka just had to keep pushing Serena and would have won the game easily, possibly in straight sets IMO.

I've never wanted to be more wrong about Roddick.does anyone believe he has any chance at all?
Posted via VolNation Mobile

First set is a doozie so far. Both players holding their serve with Roddick at 5-4. Djoke already crying about an unruly fan. It's probably a legit gripe, but it doesn't help his image at all.
