Baltimore Unrest

wow, didn't know it was a thing. hopefully if he is guilty of it he gets the book thrown at him and if he is innocent he gets off free of charge and can go back to work.

No way he gets charge with. Other charges maybe but definitely no 2nd degree murder.

The government isn't 100% culpable, it needed willfully ignorant fascists to help give it the power to ruin entire communities. So, blame yourself and the people that think like you.

yeah none of the current problems stem from the cities gradual decline after businesses were forced out/closed down due to environmental issues, or from the earlier riots which destroyed whole neighborhoods and were never rebuilt by the local community, which subsequently drove out even more jobs. lets not forget some of the last mayors (democrats) that were elected and embezzled government money and spent welfare money. yeah it has nothing to do with that at all.

Almost everything you posted is a symptom of big government.

the race riots after the shooting of MLK can be linked to big government......

yeah take away the big government and the companies would have gone on polluting the city before they left a few years later for cheap work in Asia.

and if it hadn't been for the pesky big government those mayors never would have had anyone to steal from.

Great! Now I'm at fault for Freddie Grey. Just curious.....what percentage falls on me and how much on Freddie himself?

Try to follow. Big governments create dependents. Being dependent causes despair, lethargy, and a sense of entitlement. Despair, lethargy, and entitlement leads to a sense of being oppressed. An oppressed community that continues to see its captors' law enforcing branch kill members of the community will protest. A branch of the captors (big government's enforcing division/law enforcement) comes out to "keep the peace" among Protesters. The Protesters feel oppressed, but are in a large group that has power. They use their power in a form that is irrational and dangerous. This is how government creates the paradigm in which riots by citizens occur.

The other points about big government using regulations and Union ties to crush economic prosperity in these areas are also contributing factors. Perfect storm, really.

I'm no lawyer but I have taken a law class or two and belittled LG so here is my take..manslaughter would have been the way to go. 2nd degree murder might be a stretch to prove. This was my thought with the Zimmerman case. Could have nailed that taco with a manslaughter charge.

First, racist. Second, I agree 100% (minus the "Taco" racial slur).

Well now wait... first tell me what Freddie Gray did wrong in this instance. The police haven't even been able to come up with a reason why they arrested him in the first place... so it is rather hard right now to put blame on Freddie Gray.

He was black and riding a bike. They assumed it was stolen. It is not "just" because of a supposed illegal knife.
