I think you’re right. I hope he cleans up and it works out for the young man. However, people rarely change. I suspect he’ll bounce around in the league for a few years and a good chance we hear his name negatively in the media for something.I think he is making a mistake... but I wish him good fortune
He won’t bounce around long if at all in the league. Banks isn’t that good. We’ve forgotten what a good LBer looks like it’s been so long since we’ve had one.I think you’re right. Name the last great LBer at Tennessee. JRM is the last one I can recall.
For Banks?
If so, how did he walk in graduation line earlier this month?
it was an option for him since that is just a ceremony and no diplomas were given at that time. Final grades were not posted until after that ceremony so there were people that walked who did not know if they had passed classes or not to graduate. He was one of them
Banks actually was pretty certain he had not graduated but just wanted to walk anyway
FYI: This has been explained several times so I'm going to bold it and maybe everyone will see it.

I think grades posted early last week - so that’s probably when it was official. Banks seems to be well-liked by his defensive teammates, so probably not surprising he practiced with them until he got the official word.My guess he was practicing and then eventually told he’s not invited to the bowl game and then decided he was done…all of which may have occurred later than it should have. On Christmas Eve
Eh, I don't think that's it. If that was the case, he'd be on the sideline cheering them on. That's not the case, and no one thinks he's a team player after his locker room incident.I think grades posted early last week - so that’s probably when it was official. People think the defense quit to protest his treatment but that he is not liked by his teammates - I don’t see how it can be both.Eh, I don't think that's it. Def remembered for his actions leading up to the SC debacle. hopefully what folk are saying isnt true. the only thing i for certain didnt like was the timing of his decision not to play in the bowl game!
