Garbage
Most thought with the offensive limitations the SW16 was the ceiling for this team at the start of the season. Then losing ZZ? Dusty who? who is this nut.
do we need more offense? Yes. Do we need to tank the entire program with a coaching change? Hell No!!
Wow common sense. Nice to see.

When Barnes decides to retire, Bobby Hurley of Connecticut should be on Danny White's coaching list as a possible replacement.
I assume that you mean Dan Hurley. But why in gods name would he leave UCONN for Tennessee? The huskies might be on their way to their fifth national championship in the last twenty five years. It’s one of the best jobs in the country. You don’t leave UCONN for Tennessee.

No decent minded or reputable person would ever leave UConn for Tennessee to coach basketball. As much as I hate to say that it is true. Forget a lateral move that would be a completely backwards pass. Like over you head staight back behind you backwards....

Dan Hurley probably won't leave Connecticut for Tennessee but every athletic director has a coaching list in his or her desk and it would be interesting to know who could be on White's list when Rick Barnes does decide to retire.

Well stated.

Dumb knows no boundaries when it comes to coaching opinions.

Let’s see…get rid of a coach that has outperformed the historical norm for the program, runs a drama-free program and develops players we can be proud to watch in orange…and exchange him for a relatively unknown coach who might be great but also might be a flash in the pan? Seriously?

Sorry, but I’m still riding with Coach Barnes. Now, if Barnes decides to retire, then it’s a wholly different conversation.

And if you don’t understand that coaches catch lightening in a bottle every so often. So with your logic, the coach at Florida is a better coach than Barnes because on that particular day, they beat us. And Barnes is a better coach than the coaches at Kansas, Texas, Duke, and 22 other schools. Do you understand that any team can lose on any given day. So yes, we were watching. Only difference, we understand the game of basketball.
I think you understand basketball less well than you think. I guess FAU also just got lucky against K State? More likely you never played a second of sports in your life.

Barnes absolutely got our coached by him. Anyone who watched the game recognizes that, but that is neither here nor there to the point I’m making.

What I am saying is that this is Dusty May’s first good season in five years as FAU’s head coach. If he came here and dropped four seasons without an NCAA tournament appearance like he did down there, he wouldn’t get a fifth season.
You didn’t read my post and your reply makes no sense in response to it. A coach who does what he has done with those resources and talent would do more, not less, with more resources and talent. Pretty basic.

Maybe. Tom Crean made a Final 4 at Marquette, then flopped at Indiana. Shaka Smart made a Final 4 at VCU, then flopped at Texas.

You can’t assume sending a coach to a bigger school means he’ll have more success. There are too many examples to the contrary.

To add to this, Former Loyola Chicago coach Porter Moser is currently 34-32 at Oklahoma.

Getting to the S16 without your PG and, probably, most important player is underperforming? News to me.
And the years he had all his star players and still didn't do ****? You Barnes fans will defend anything just to stay as irrelevant as we ever were.

Did you throw your $100 Mickey Mouse ears in the trash can on the way out of Disneyland that your parents bought for you?
