I'm not good with this. It gives Luke Del Rio further opportunity to heal. I want to see Appleby face the Tiger D. I'd rather they play this game sooner rather than later.
This makes all the bowl games not in the playoff have to wait to make their selection. They don't want to do that, they want to have their matchup set as early as possible.
- 12/3 Georgia Dome
- 11/19 Baton Rouge (this has been implied by them saying it will be a home game)
- 10/29 Florida if Alabama has a game moved to their bye date
I don't see it happening and LSU doesn't believe the game will be rescheduled.
Why don't both of them move their non-conference games to Dec 10 and play each other on November 19? Non-conference games will have zero impact on SEC division winners.
We need a few more posts from LSU-SIU to say the same thing over and over. Bad actors, lsu forfeit, bad actors, lsu forfeit, etc, etc. I'm going to see what this ignore button does.

At least Joe Alleva said in his press conference that the league should or could use divisional records in the event that the game can't be rescheduled. I am fine with that if it comes to that!!

I mentioned this on another site. Not for this year though. I think in the future it does need to be a week later. With all the bad weather in the south there are to many cancelled or delayed games. The conference needs this option in the future.
